Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

I stayed with my wife and baby for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception staff—an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always greet and smile. The breakfasts were terrific at Manzara restaurant, with a great view. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the essentials and a fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists. If we come back, we will choose this hotel again!

The location was ideal- not in the midst of the Old City with the tourists yet within walking distance of multiple ferries. Also easy to get to by public transport. The view from the our room took in the Bosphorous, the Asian side and the Old City- it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and the facilty was impeccable.

Conrad Istanbul will be one of our live-time favorites. My husband and I, along with our family and friends spend about 10-11 days at this hotel in July 2022 in preparation and celebration of our wedding in Istanbul. While our wedding was not at the Conrad (I wish we had chosen Conrad for our wedding too), our stay was so amazing and memorable that we cannot wait to go back to this hotel again. The staff were So professional, kind, respectful, and helpful. Everyone at this hotel wants to ensure all the guests have an amazing time and experience there. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and while there's a certain level of service expected from 5 start hotels, Conrad was just above anything we have ever experienced. The food (breakfast especially) was absolutely amazing. If you have the option to add breakfast to your room, I highly recommend it. Overall we had such a great experience that I don't want to stay anywhere else when we visit Istanbul next time. The location is also great. Bekistas is a beautiful neighborhood and it's central. The only downside could be traffic but traffic is bad in any large and metropolitan city. If you are looking for one of a kind experience and a place where you re treated like queens and kings, with beautiful rooms (we had the suites - the standard rooms are in the smaller side but the suites and the other rooms are very spacious) I highly recommend this place.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, executive lounge access, buffet

The whole feel of the hotel was just right for us. Informal, but smart. The staff were genuinely friendly & extremely helpful. We stayed in the Bosphorus view suite with adjoining room. The room were ample size, cozy & comfortable. Felt like home away from home. The views were spectacular. The Summit Bar/restaurant was fantastic, again with a spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace. Location was excellent, and easily walked to the sea& ferries. The old town was a cheap taxi ride away. Well done Conrad team. We will be back & try out your other hotels elsewhere.
